Terms of service

These are the terms for using Tweak Pub, a service sold and operated by Serophin.

Last updated 16 October 2026

Who we are

Tweak Pub (tweakpub.com) is operated by Serophin, the trading name of [LEGAL ENTITY], registered under number [COMPANY NUMBER] at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and Serophin whenever you use Tweak Pub.

Tweak Pub is a website builder operated and sold by Serophin. In these terms "we", "us" and "Serophin" mean the seller and operator of Tweak Pub, and "you" means the person using it. By building a website, signing in or buying anything on Tweak Pub you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use Tweak Pub, sign in or buy anything. If you use it for a business, you confirm you may bind that business to these terms.

Plans and billing

A plan belongs to one website. If you have more than one website, each has its own plan and is billed separately.

You can pay monthly or yearly. Every price on the site is in US dollars (USD) and includes any tax that applies, so the price you see is the price you pay.

Upgrades, downgrades and cancellations

An upgrade to a better plan starts at once.

A downgrade to a cheaper plan, or a cancellation, takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. The date is shown before you confirm. Nothing is deleted when a plan ends.

Your right to withdraw (consumers in the EU and the UK)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may withdraw from a plan purchase within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason, by writing to us at support@serophin.com. A plan starts at once because you ask for it to: if you withdraw, we refund what you paid less the part that covers the days the plan was already active.

A web address is registered on your express request as soon as you pay, and a registration cannot be undone. By asking us to register it you agree that the service is fully performed once it is registered, and you lose the right to withdraw from that part of the purchase.

Web addresses (domains)

A web address you buy through us is registered in your name, and you are its owner (the registrant). We register it on your behalf with our registrar, Openprovider.

It is charged yearly, in USD with tax included. You see the price before you buy. These are the endings we offer and their prices:

    Registrar and registry rules

    Registering a web address also binds you to the registrar's registration agreement ([REGISTRAR AGREEMENT URL]) and to the policies of the registry that runs its ending, which we pass on to you. Where they conflict with these terms on the registration itself, they win.

    As a registrant you have the rights and duties ICANN describes in its Registrants' Benefits and Responsibilities, and ICANN publishes educational materials for registrants.

    Accurate registrant details

    You must give accurate, complete and current registrant details (name, postal address, email address and phone number) and keep them up to date under My domain. The registrar may ask you to confirm your email address.

    Giving false details, or not answering a request to confirm or correct them within the time the registrar sets (often 15 days), is a breach of the registration agreement and can lead to the address being suspended or cancelled.

    Disputes about a web address

    Disputes about who has the right to a web address are settled under ICANN's Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) or the dispute policy of the ending's registry, and you agree to take part in such a proceeding if one is brought against your address. We and the registrar follow the outcome, which can mean transferring or cancelling the address.

    Renewal and transfer of a domain

    A web address renews automatically each year unless you turn renewal off under My domain on your website. The renewal date is shown there, and we email you before it renews.

    You can move your web address to another provider at any time by asking for a transfer code under My domain. We do not hold it back.

    When a domain expires

    If a web address is not renewed, it stops working on its expiry date. For a short grace period after that you can usually still renew it at the normal renewal price.

    After the grace period most endings enter a redemption period, in which the address can only be recovered for a redemption fee charged by the registry on top of the renewal price ([REDEMPTION FEE]). After that it is deleted and may be registered by anyone. The lengths of these periods depend on the ending.

    Refunds for a domain

    A web address is non-refundable once it is registered, including when it renews.

    The one exception is that if the registration fails, you are refunded automatically in full.

    Your domain when a site drops to Free

    If your website moves to the Free plan, the web address stays registered in your name and keeps renewing unless you turn that off. The website is then available at its free link instead of your own address until you choose a plan with your own address again.

    Sites published without an account

    You can publish without signing in. A site that nobody keeps ends after 3 days, and its link stops working. To keep it, sign in with a code sent to your email, or with Google, and the site becomes yours.

    Contact form submissions and tickets

    If your website has a contact form, the messages visitors send are delivered to you. You are responsible for how you use and answer them. On plans with a contact inbox you can reply to the people who write to you.

    When you write to us through our contact page or a ticket, we keep your message and our replies so we can help you and keep a record of what was said.

    On the Free plan, contact form messages are delivered up to 10 a day.

    Translation of your site text

    On plans that include more than one language, we translate the text of your pages into the languages you choose, up to 50 page translations a month on the plan with the largest allowance.

    Translations are automatic and may contain mistakes or miss nuance. Please read them before relying on them. You remain responsible for what appears on your website in every language.

    Responsibility for your content

    You are responsible for everything you publish with Tweak Pub: its text, images and links, and the messages you send through it. You confirm you have the right to use it.

    You must not publish anything unlawful, misleading, abusive or that infringes someone else's rights, and you must not use a website to send spam, to collect passwords or payment details under false pretences, or to harm others.

    Report this site and take-down

    Every published website has a "Report this site" link. Anyone can use it to tell Serophin about content they believe breaks these terms or the law, and notices can also be sent to support@serophin.com.

    We review every report and act on it without undue delay. We may take a website down, in whole or in part, without notice when it breaks these terms or the law. When we act on a report, we tell the website's owner what was taken down and why, unless the law or an ongoing risk prevents it, and the owner can ask us to review the decision by replying to that message.

    We close the account of someone who repeatedly publishes infringing or unlawful content. A taken-down website's plan is not refunded, and a web address you own stays yours.

    If you believe a website hosted on Tweak Pub infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent: [DMCA DESIGNATED AGENT: name, postal address, phone and email, as registered with the U.S. Copyright Office]. Under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. ยง 512(c)(3)) the notice must include:

    • your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or someone authorised to act for the owner;
    • the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
    • the material you say infringes it and where it is, with the website address and the page;
    • your name, postal address, phone number and email address;
    • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
    • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

    Counter-notices

    If we take material down after a copyright notice, we tell the website's owner. If you are that owner and believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send our designated agent a counter-notice that includes:

    • your physical or electronic signature;
    • the material that was removed and where it was before;
    • a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification;
    • your name, postal address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice.

    What happens after a counter-notice

    We send a copy of a valid counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to stop the infringement, we restore the material between 10 and 14 business days after we received the counter-notice.

    Sending a notice or counter-notice that knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, can make you liable for damages.

    Visitor data we handle for you

    For the messages visitors send through your website's contact form, you decide how they are used and Serophin processes them on your behalf as your processor. Our Data Processing Agreement ([DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT URL]) is part of these terms and applies to that processing.

    You are responsible for telling your visitors how you use what they send you, for example in a privacy notice on your website.

    The service as it is

    We work to keep Tweak Pub and your websites available, but we provide the service as it is and as available, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

    Limits on our liability

    To the extent the law allows, Serophin is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to [LIABILITY CAP, e.g. the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim].

    Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing in them takes away the rights a consumer has under the law of the country where they live.

    Governing law and disputes

    These terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW], and disputes about them go to [COURTS]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts.

    Deleting your account

    You can delete your account whenever you like. Deleting it removes your websites and personal details from the service. A paid plan ends and, as described above, is not refunded for the period already paid, and a web address is not refunded.

    Before you delete your account, turn off renewal on your web address or transfer it to another provider if you want to keep it.

    Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and we tell you by email before a change that affects a plan you pay for takes effect.
