Do I need to sign up to publish?
No. You can publish for free without an account and you get a link to share straight away.
What happens to a site I don't keep?
If nobody keeps it, it ends after 3 days. To keep it, sign in with a code sent to your email, or with Google, and it is yours.
What does a web address cost?
It depends on the name you choose. You see the price before you buy. It is charged yearly, in USD with tax included, and the address is registered in your own name. These are the endings we offer:
How does renewal work, and how do I move my address away?
Your address renews automatically each year, and you can switch that off under My domain on your website, where the renewal date is shown. To move it to another provider, open My domain and choose Get transfer code. The code comes from your account.
Can I get my money back for a web address?
Web addresses are non-refundable. The one exception is that you are refunded automatically if the registration fails.
What does Pro add?
Pro adds a contact inbox where you can reply to the people who write to you, more than one language and 50 page translations a month. It also includes your own web address.
What does the contact form do on the Free plan?
Messages from your contact form are sent to your email, up to 10 a day.
How do plan changes and cancellations take effect?
Moving to a better plan starts now. Moving to a cheaper plan or cancelling takes effect on a date you see before you confirm. Nothing is deleted.
Is a plan for one website or for all of them?
A plan belongs to one website. A second website needs its own plan.
Are the prices with tax?
Yes. Every price on Tweak Pub is in USD and includes any tax, so what you see is what you pay.
